Organization Mission Statement: The San Juan County Community Network is a forum for social service providers and others to share information, challenges, successes and concerns about both positive and adverse experiences affecting county residents.

Our purpose is to provide a vital mechanism for communication and coordination between organizations and/or persons which have common purposes and goals related to the improvement of social and behavioral health services and systems in San Juan County.
