Organization Mission Statement: WVS is dedicated to providing outstanding quality services that result in successful community involvement and employment.
All people will be recognized for their abilities and contributions in the workplace and community.

Target Audience or Areas Served or Area of Operation: All community members who experience a disability. We also provide support to employers looking to expand their workforce. Washington State.

Description of Services- Families: WVS works to provides expanded services and resources for students 14-21 who experience a disability.
WVS is dedicated to providing outstanding quality services that result in successful community involvement and employment.

Description of Services- Adults: WVS contracts with San Juan County to engage employers, educate the community about the valuable contribution individuals with a disability can make to the workforce.

Description of Services Youth/Teen: WVS works to provide Job Skills Class in San Juan County high schools for students with disabilites. We also support individual students as they explore their passions and interests, turning dreams into career paths.

Volunteer Opportunities: WVS assists neighbors connect to meaningful volunteer opportunities with personalized support.
