Target Audience or Areas Served or Area of Operation: Free membership to anyone living, working, or owning property on Orcas Island; also, free membership is offered to library cardholders on Lopez and San Juan Island; also, affordable visitor and annual memberships are available. All ages are welcome, and anyone can use our wifi and facilities for free.
